Sonjia Johnson CFI, CFII, MEI
Sonjia is a Paso Robles native and former corporate charter pilot. She specializes in instrument training but also has a wealth of experience with primary students. She is also a Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot. Sonjia is one of the most active instructors on the field and would love to help you achieve your aviation goals.
Kendall Pearson CFI, CFII, MEI, Tailwheel
Kendall trained in the Bay Area, flying in the congested San Francisco airspace as a student and an instructor. He is available for primary and instrument training as well as tailwheel transitions. His primary goal is to produce safe pilots that always remember flying is fun!
Richard Wallis CFI, CFII, MEI, ATP
Richard flys professionally for a major airline but keeps his finger on the pulse of general aviation here in Paso Robles. His vast experience can help you achieve your goals whether they are becoming a private pilot or pursuing an aviation career.
Brad Eaton CFI, CFII, MEI, ATP
Rumor has it that Brad actually taught Lindberg how to fly. After serving in the US Air Force, Brad flew for Flying Tigers Air Freight and migrated to FedEx after the companies merged. During his professional career he served as a line captain, check airmen, and standards manager. Here in Paso Robles, Brad has taken on some of our younger students but still commits aviation with anyone who shares the love of flight. When he is not training new pilots, he enjoys flying his fully restored 1942 Stearman biplane.
Elissa Zavora, CFI
After working as a check airman and operational manager for an airline in Los Angeles, Elissa wanted to get back to her roots in primary training. She has a wealth of knowledge earned from flying in many different environments including Hawaii, Montana, and even did a couple of cameos on the television series Flying Wild Alaska. She is available for primary students, Flight Reviews, and scenic flights in our aircraft or yours. She is also an experienced G1000 instructor. We don't have one but if your aircraft is so equipped, she can help you out!
Brian Reeves CFI
Brian is an experienced pilot that recently took on the difficult task of becoming a certified flight instructor. He successfully completed the intensive program at the CFI Bootcamp in the Bay Area. We are happy to have him as a full time instructor here in Paso Robles. Brian can help you achieve your flying goals as a Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot, or maintain proficiency through the required biennial flight reviews.
Jack Keller CFI
Jack is an experienced pilot that just recently obtained his CFI certificate. He has spent time flying in different parts of the country and now calls the Central Coast home. He can help you with primary and commercial training, flight reviews, and scenic flights.
Torin Kringel CFI, CFII, MEI
Torin is the product of an intensive Part 141 school for both training and teaching. He has made the Part 61 transition and enjoying giving his students the personalized attention they need. He provides primary, instrument, and commercial training as well as instruction in our AATD simulator.
